Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VyaparKit (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and how you stay in control. It applies to vyaparkit.com and the VyaparKit web application.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and profile picture from Google sign-in, or your email address if you sign in with a code.
  • Business data you enter: business details, GSTIN, bank details, customers, products, employees and the documents you create. This data is yours; we store it so your tools work.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments (Razorpay on some orders). We store the order ID, amount, and payment status. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
  • Usage data: which tools you use and how often, so we can enforce plan limits and improve the product.
  • Files uploaded to PDF tools are processed in memory and discarded immediately after the result is returned. They are never written to storage.

How we use it

  • To provide the service, generate your documents and apply your plan's limits.
  • To send transactional emails (login codes, receipts) and product emails (tips, plan reminders). You can opt out of product emails at any time from settings or the unsubscribe link.
  • To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not show ads.
  • We do not share your customers' details with anyone.

Sub-processors

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cashfree Payments and Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), Google (sign-in). Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account exists. You can delete your account from Settings; all business data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records are kept as required by Indian tax law.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data and correct any information at any time. Write to hello@vyaparkit.com for any request.

Changes

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the date above.
