Compliance tools

Compliance tools keep a small business on the right side of deadlines: a GST due-date calendar for monthly, QRMP and composition filers with email reminders, a late fee and interest calculator for delayed GSTR-3B and GSTR-1, and a converter that turns bank statement PDFs into clean, categorised Excel sheets for your CA.

Free to start

Calculators and lookups need no account. Document and PDF tools need a free login and include monthly free limits, for example 5 invoices a month. Pro is from ₹350 a month, paid once as a pass.

About compliance on VyaparKit

GST, TDS, PF, ESI and advance tax each have their own dates, and the penalties are per day. The calendar shows what is due in the next 30 days on your dashboard and emails you five days and one day before; the late-fee calculator tells you exactly what a missed date costs.

The bank statement converter reads the text PDFs that Indian banks issue, rebuilds the transaction table, categorises entries with rules you can teach it, and exports Excel. Statements are processed in memory and never stored; Free accounts get 3 conversions a month.

Compliance: common questions

What is the due date for GSTR-3B?
The 20th of the following month for monthly filers. QRMP taxpayers file quarterly by the 22nd (Category X states) or 24th (Category Y states) of the month after the quarter, with monthly PMT-06 payments by the 25th. Dates can be extended by notification.
How much is the late fee for GSTR-3B?
₹50 per day (₹25 CGST plus ₹25 SGST), or ₹20 per day for a nil return, capped by turnover: ₹500 for nil returns, ₹2,000 up to ₹1.5 crore, ₹5,000 up to ₹5 crore and ₹10,000 above. Interest at 18% per annum applies on tax paid late.
Which bank statements can be converted to Excel?
Text-based PDF statements from SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, PNB, Bank of Baroda, Yes Bank, IDFC First and most others, including password-protected files. Scanned or photographed statements are not supported because there is no OCR.
