About the reorder pdf pages tool
Scanners feed pages in whatever order they were placed, and multi-page documents assembled from different sources rarely land in the right sequence. A tender wants the covering letter, then the price bid, then the annexures. A loan file must go application form, KYC, bank statements, ITR. How to reorder PDF pages in VyaparKit

Drag any thumbnail to a new position. The grid updates live so you can see the new sequence.

Use Reverse or Reset if needed
Click Reverse to flip the whole order, useful for scans that came out last page first. Click Reset to return to the original order.

Tips for a good result
- On a phone, press and hold a thumbnail for a moment before dragging.
- Reverse fixes a back-to-front scan in one click; use it before making individual moves.
- Reordering keeps every page; to drop pages use Delete PDF Pages, to keep a subset use Split PDF.
- Page numbers already printed on the pages will not change; add fresh numbers with Add Page Numbers after reordering if the bundle needs them.

Reorder PDF Pages: frequently asked questions
- Can I move a page from the end of a PDF to the beginning?
- Yes. Drag the last thumbnail to the first position in the grid and click Save new order. Any page can be moved to any position, and you can make as many moves as you need before saving.
- How do I fix a PDF where the pages are in reverse order?
- Upload the file, click Reverse under 'New order', then Save new order. The last page becomes the first and so on. Reverse and drag can be combined if only part of the file is backwards.
- Does reordering count as a separate operation from merging?
- Yes. Merging is one PDF operation and reordering is another. Free accounts get 10 operations a month across all PDF tools, reset on the 1st. Pro has no monthly limit.
- Will reordering change my page numbers?
- Only the physical sequence changes. Numbers printed on the pages stay where they were, which can look wrong after a big rearrangement. Use Add Page Numbers afterwards to stamp fresh numbers in the new order.
- Is the rearranged PDF saved on VyaparKit?
- No. Thumbnails are rendered in memory, the new file is built in memory, and both are discarded once you download. We keep no copy of the document.
