Business documents
Business document tools cover the paperwork that is not an invoice: a letterhead with your logo and GSTIN, formal letters to banks and government offices, internal purchase requisitions, job cards that track a repair from intake to delivery, and service reports engineers fill at a customer site.

About business documents on VyaparKit
A bank asks for a request on letterhead; a customer wants a signed service report before releasing payment; the workshop needs to know which phone belongs to whom. These are small documents with large consequences when they are missing or messy.
Each one is generated from a form and printed on the letterhead built from your business profile. Job cards and service reports carry their own numbering, and a purchase requisition can be converted into a purchase order. Free accounts get 5 business documents a month.
Business Documents: common questions
- What details should a letterhead carry?
- Business name and logo, full address, phone and email, GSTIN (and CIN for companies), and a website if you have one. Many banks and government offices expect the GSTIN or registration number visible on letters they receive.
- What is a job card used for?
- A job card records a repair or service job: the customer, the item received with its condition and accessories, the complaint, the diagnosis, parts and labour, and the delivery status. Mobile repair shops, garages and AC service centres use it daily.
- Can the service report be signed by the customer?
- Yes. The PDF includes a customer signature line and space for remarks, and the share link lets the customer view it on their phone. Field engineers use it to close AMC visits.
