About the delete pdf pages tool
Scanned bundles nearly always contain something that should not go out: a blank back side from a duplex scan, a duplicate page fed twice, an internal cost sheet stuck behind a quotation, or another customer's invoice in the same batch. Sending the whole file means sharing more than you intended, and in the case of price sheets or personal documents that is a real problem. Delete PDF Pages removes exactly the pages you point at.
Without a tool, people forward the file with a note to ignore page 4, or print the file to PDF page by page. VyaparKit shows every page as a thumbnail; click the ones to remove and they are highlighted, then Delete pages produces a new PDF with only the remaining pages. Fonts, images and layout are untouched, and the tool will not let you delete every page by mistake.

Tips for a good result
- Zoom your browser in if thumbnails are too small to tell a blank page from a faint scan.
- Deleting a page removes its content from the file entirely; it is not hidden, so the page cannot be recovered from the output.
- To remove sensitive details within a page rather than the whole page, use Redact PDF instead.
- You cannot delete all pages; the tool requires at least one page to remain.
- Files up to 10 MB or 50 pages on Free, 100 MB or 1000 pages on Pro; one delete run is one operation.
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first with Remove PDF Password.

Delete PDF Pages: frequently asked questions
- Can I delete multiple pages at once?
- Yes. Click as many thumbnails as you need; each one is highlighted. A single click on Delete pages removes all of them in one operation, so removing ten blank pages from a scan uses only one of your monthly PDF operations.
- Is a deleted page really gone from the PDF?
- Yes. The output is a new PDF containing only the pages you kept. The deleted pages and their content are not included in any form, so a recipient cannot recover them. This is different from hiding pages in a viewer.
- What if I want to remove one paragraph rather than a whole page?
- Use Redact PDF. It lets you draw boxes over text or images and permanently removes the content beneath them, which is the right tool for masking an Aadhaar number, a bank account or a price while keeping the rest of the page.
- Why is the Delete pages button disabled?
- Either no pages are selected, or you have selected every page in the document. The tool always keeps at least one page. Unselect one page and the button becomes active.
- Does deleting pages make the PDF smaller?
- Usually, yes, especially for scans where each page is a large image. Removing a 3 MB scanned page removes that image from the file. Text-based PDFs shrink less because fonts shared across pages are still embedded.
