By using VyaparKit you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.

The service

VyaparKit provides online tools to create business documents, perform calculations and process PDF files. The Free plan includes monthly usage limits and prints a VyaparKit credit on generated documents. VyaparKit Pro removes those limits and the credit for the duration of a purchased pass.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
  • One account is for one business. Contact us for multi-business needs.
  • You are responsible for the content of the documents you create, including the accuracy of GST, HSN and other legal details.

Payments and passes

  • Pro passes are one-time purchases for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. They do not auto-renew.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Buying a new pass while one is active extends the expiry date.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use VyaparKit to create fraudulent documents, to infringe others' rights, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimer

VyaparKit is a tool, not a tax, legal or accounting adviser. Calculations and formats are provided in good faith; verify anything with legal or financial consequences with a professional. The service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi.
