Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a VyaparKit Pro pass and it is not right for you, email us within 7 days of the purchase and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

After 7 days

Passes are non-refundable after 7 days. Because passes never auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel: your pass simply ends on its expiry date and your account returns to the Free plan with all your data intact.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@vyaparkit.com from the address you signed up with.
  2. Include the order ID shown on your Billing page or payment receipt.
  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days through the payment gateway you paid with.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or your payment was deducted but Pro was not activated, contact us with the payment reference and we will fix it within one business day.
