About the png to pdf tool
PNG is the format of screenshots and exports: a UPI payment confirmation, a screenshot of the GST portal acknowledgement, a WhatsApp chat with an order, a QR code or logo exported from a design tool. When a client, auditor or bank wants those as a document rather than an image, PNG to PDF produces a clean PDF that can be printed, signed or attached with other files.
Pasting screenshots into Word and exporting gives uneven margins and blurry scaling, and many phones cannot make a PDF from a PNG at all. VyaparKit keeps the pixels exactly as they are. Limits and formats

- Transparency is flattened onto a white background; a logo with a transparent background will show on white.
- Full-resolution phone screenshots are typically 1 to 3 MB each as PNG; compress the PDF if you are sending many.
- Fit to image keeps the screenshot's exact proportions; A4 scales it to fit within the margins without cropping.

- Does PNG transparency survive in the PDF?
- The image is placed on a white page, so transparent areas show as white. The rest of the image is copied pixel for pixel. If you need a coloured background, add it in your image editor before converting.
- Should I use PNG to PDF or JPG to PDF for screenshots?
- Use whichever matches your file type; both produce the same kind of PDF. Screenshots are usually PNG. If you have a mix of PNG and JPG, use Images to PDF, which accepts both plus WebP in one go.
- Why is a PDF from a few screenshots several megabytes?
- PNG is lossless, so a full-resolution phone screenshot is often 1 to 3 MB, and the PDF keeps that data. Run the PDF through Compress PDF to shrink it before emailing or uploading to a portal with a 5 MB cap.
