About the qr label sheets tool
QR label sheets let you print many different QR codes at once on self-adhesive A4 paper instead of one code at a time. Restaurants print a code per table that opens the menu with the table number, warehouses tag racks and assets, schools label equipment, and retailers put codes on shelves that link to product pages or demo videos. The sheets sold in Indian stationery shops follow Avery and Desmat layouts, so a PDF that matches the grid can be printed on an ordinary office printer.
Placing forty QR images in Word by hand takes an afternoon, and one misaligned row wastes an entire sheet. Generating codes on a website one by one, then naming and downloading each PNG, is worse. This tool accepts a list, one label per line, with an optional caption after a pipe character, applies a shared prefix such as https://yourshop.com/item/, multiplies each entry by the copies you need, and renders a PDF matched to the sheet you chose, showing exactly how many sheets you will use.

How to print QR label sheets

List the labels
In One label per line, type the content of each QR. Add a caption after a pipe, for example TABLE-04 | Table 4, and the caption prints under the code while TABLE-04 is encoded.

Add a prefix if needed
Use Prefix for every QR to prepend a common URL such as https://yourshop.com/menu?table= so each line only needs the variable part.

Pick the label sheet
Choose from Label sheet: 65 per sheet (38x21 mm), 40 per sheet (48x25 mm), 24 per sheet (70x37 mm), 21 per sheet, 12 per sheet, 8 per sheet, 4 per sheet (A6) or 2 per sheet (A5).

Set copies
Enter Copies of each to print duplicates, for example 3 copies of every asset tag. The tool shows the total labels and how many sheets they will fill.

QR Label Sheets: frequently asked questions
- Which A4 label sheets can I buy in India for these layouts?
- Stationery shops and online sellers stock Avery and Desmat compatible A4 sheets labelled by count: 65, 40, 24, 21, 12, 8, 4 and 2 per sheet. Match the count and the label size on the pack to the preset name in the tool. Cheaper unbranded sheets usually copy the same dimensions.
- Why is my printed label grid slightly off the stickers?
- Almost always print scaling. In the print dialog set scale to 100% or Actual size, margins to None, and switch off Fit to page or Shrink to printable area. Also load the sheet the right way up; most presets have a small top margin that shifts if the sheet is fed upside down.
- Can I print the same QR on every label of the sheet?
- Yes. Enter one line and set Copies of each to the number of labels on the sheet, for example 24. This is handy for a UPI QR or WhatsApp QR you want to stick on every parcel, menu or delivery bag.
- What is the pipe character for in the label list?
- Text after the | on a line becomes a caption printed under the QR, while the text before it is what the QR encodes. TABLE-04 | Table 4 encodes TABLE-04 and prints Table 4. Without a pipe, the encoded text itself is printed as the caption.
- Does the QR label sheet tool work without signing in?
- No. Label sheets are generated on the server as PDFs and count towards your monthly quota, so you need a free account with Google or an email OTP. Single QR codes for UPI, websites, WhatsApp and Wi-Fi are available without sign-in.
